Membership Costs: 

• One-time connect charge: $6000.- ( six thousand pesos)
• Monthly recurring variable charge, as per NAP points calculation .

• Be a member of CABASE  
• Have a Telecommunications License  
• Have Autonomous System  
• Fulfill requirements in Documents to be signed: Procedures Manual, Operations Manual and Agreement.

•  ORGANISMS:

• Requires signature of a Special Agreement previously approved by the CABASE NAP Administrative Subcommittee. The Special Agreement is annual and renewable, the requirements are similar to those previously stated for companies. For more information please contact institutional coordination
• Annual up-front fee (2007) is $3000 (three thousand pesos) plus membership in CABASE
